Resources

Our grief workbook facilitates self-discovery, while our food and vocational programs aid those facing hardship. Additionally, explore our founder’s memoir in the shop, which offers an intimate look at her path from mourning to discovering a renewed sense of resilience.

Grief Counselling

We offer dedicated one-on-one therapy for people moving through the stages of loss. Additionally, our Bereavement Bridge group sessions foster a communal healing environment where individuals find unity and hope throughout the journey.

Toko’s Story: A Journey of Resilience

Toko's path began with a profound personal loss that transformed her world. Out of that grief grew a mission to ensure no widow ever has to walk that lonely road alone. Her story is one of turning deep pain into powerful purpose, creating a sanctuary where strength is rediscovered and community is built.

Through her memoir and the establishment of the Global Widows' Association, she has provided thousands with the tools for healing. Her leadership continues to inspire a global movement centered on empathy, resource-sharing, and the unwavering belief in a brighter tomorrow.
